- 300 gr sweet corn kernels
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml water
- 6 gr agar powder
- 80 gr sugar
- vanilla extract
Place sweet corn kernels and milk in a blender, blend until smooth. Strain using a fine metal sieve.
Pour the corn liquid, water, sugar, agar powder and vanilla extract into medium pan. Stir until combine.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until combine.
Once boiling, remove from the heat.
Transfer into molds. It will take about a couple of hours to cool and set. Serve.
