- 150 gr butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 75 gr icing sugar
- 200 gr low protein flour
- 50 gr corn flour
- 25 gr milk powder
- 25 gr cheddar cheese
Preheat oven 140’C.
Prepare cookies pan, put baking paper on it.
Mix butter, icing sugar and egg yolks using mixer in low speed for about 1 minute until it mixed well.
Add cheddar cheese, mix well.
Then add flour, corn flour and skim milk. Mix well again.
Make any shape you like and arrange on the pan.
Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Put on the cooling rack and let it cooled.
Keep in the jar.
