Orange juice, from 5 oranges
1/2 pineapple, cut into chunks
1 persimmon, peeled and cut into pieces
2 passion fruits, scoop out the seeds and pulp
1 cup of nata de coco
3 tbsp honey
½ cup cold water
Place nata de coco and 1/3 of pineapple chunks into 2 large glasses. Set aside. Blend orange juice, pineapple chunks, persimmon, passion fruit, honey and water in a blender until smooth. Strain the juice to remove excess pulp. Pour the juice to the glass. Add passion fruit pulp and mint leaves. Serve.
